thank you for your replies guys
Sweetjade, yes the values you put in bold print were my results. I know what is exactly contributing to my acne and what I should worry about. Sorry if I did not indicate that clearer. Thank you for the links I will be looking at them later.
As for my results, I am glad that I have a basic blueprint of the way my bodyworks. I am not sure if I will get any additional tests anytime soon, because having the tests were so expensive $$$!!!!
For my diet, I'll try my best and do some additional research. I'm sorry I still don't understand a lot of the terms you are using. I am a college student who just moved into an apartment with a kitchen so now I can have more control by cooking my own food. I think I broke out a lot in the last year simply because I didn't have control of my food. As a college student living in the dorm, I either ate in the school cafeteria or outside a lot so I struggled.
I trying my best to do things in my lifestyle that would promote clear skin. I try to minimize simple sugars and I currently doing more research on the diet. I work out. I take vitamin C, E, Alpha Lipoic Acid, DMAE, and Zinc.
I controlled my acne 80-90%. It isn't bad at all, but I still break out. I got a few pimples and a few medium cysts.
But recently...a few weeks ago, things just got even better. I FOUND A TOPICAL PRODUCT THAT ACTUALLY WORKS ON MY SKIN! I gave up on most topical products a long time ago. A few weeks ago, I bought Dan's BP Gel and it works WONDERFULLY. Now I have COMPLETE CONTROL of my acne.
Now, not only do I know what basicly CAUSES my acne, I also have a SHIELD against it in case some factor does cause my acne.
I tested out how good the BP gel was by indulging on foods i knew were inflammatory, and I still haven't broken out. Gosh. Things can't get any better than this.. hahahaha.
This is good for me since factors such as inconvience and work can ruin my consistency with diet and exercising.
Now, at least I have a "SHIELD" to back me up. Having the BP gel as a shield doesn't mean that I'm going to eat inflammatory food regularly. Of course not.. hahaha.. I'm still going to maintain the anti-inflammatory diet as best I can.
I'm still going to do research on this site.
Thanks for the replies.
Hi Sweetjade. I got my results.

i had mine in asia, where all the medical costs are cheaper than the states.
I had mine in the philipbeanz. I costs roughly 20,000 pesos which is roughly $357.
I'm assuming it is much more expensive in the States. It really depends on how many
tests you have. Some tests are more expensive than others.
But hey you know, it'll be worth it to know the "blue prints" of your body.

I agree! Actually, that's what I'm planning too. When I get back home to the Philippines, I'm gonna do all these tests + blue light acne theraphy.
And it's not philipbeanz, it's - Philippines. Ok.

Frogprince! Aside from the low medical costs of blood testing, laser theraphy, obagi etc., there's one more thing that makes me so excited to go back home. There's one very popular product right now in the Philippine market. Have you heard about Lactobacillus Plantarum? It is sold there by the name of Lactovital. Once I get home I'll get hold of this! Most of us here in this forum read about lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidus, etc. but never about Lactobacillus Plantarum. I've heard so many good results from friends, I've also visited their newly uploaded web site and the testimonials are just sooo encouraging.
When I left the country a year ago, I've seen this thing being featured in national TV. They interviewed myoma, arthritis and psoriasis sufferers who had great results from taking Lactobacillus Plantarum. Me and my friend cannot find it back then coz it's just starting. I have a great feeling about this. Hopefully, I'll be the first one to try.

i dont see this product any better than "Primal Defense" because it has all the strains including plantarum. before u can do this, u must have done colon cleansing or it will not be absorbed. i dont know if it can help you because its only one strain of bacteria. the most essential are bifidum, acidophilus, & bulgaricus. if you think it will benefit u then are u assuming that you have candida or at least an internal problem?
