hey kaleidoscope. it's h0ppy from askshelley. just found this site today.
BTW, you don't want to follow Leo's book. It does have some good info, but it's way too extreme. Not to mention, it's extremely expensive with all the supplements he recommends. You don't want to bombard your liver with all those isolated and synthetic vitamins. Better off getting most of what you need from real food.
Read up on bowel cleansing, candida, parasites, and liver flushing. go to askshelley.com and curezone.com for some good info.

Leo's book is a waste of money. If you want to try the methods there's all the info on this site. The theory diet and vitamins. To follow his program you could not have a job and must have a big bank account.

I totally agree...I purchased the E-Book and it was useful to a certain degree... but way to EXTREME. Not to mention also its the most impractical regime ever!! u would have to live in some sort of village or some shit to follow this. To be honest there are alot of useful acne sites out there that ive been on... If you want to follow some basic steps that work really well try to avoid dairy from your diet and refined carbs like white bread,rice,pasta... and replace these with the whole versions like wholemeal bread. Here is a good link you could check out...Dont waste your time with leo's book.

I agree with most of the others, I purchased that e-book years ago.
There is some true and good info in it about health, sure, but considering it cost like 40-50 bucks or something that is a bit ridiculous, I mean most of the info in the book is out there on the web for FREE anyway. And the book was not a cure for acne. It was basically an extremely complicated system that this one guy found worked for him, but it's near impossible to follow and a lot of it I didn't agree with anyway. For example he recommends goat milk kefir, and ALL dairy causes my gut to get inflamed and my skin to break out.
It was just so many supplements, too, another thing that bugged me. As another poster mentioned, we should be getting most of our vitamins from diet. There are a few exceptions, some things are good to supplement such as D3 (because most of us don't have time to lay around soaking up the sun for hours a day), but overall the millions of supplements and rigid processes outlined in his book were just too much for me.
It's way easier to follow a simple, healthy skin healing diet.
