ok, so i got some ideas for hair, i need it a bit shorter since its so greasy.

skin update; ive started getting tiny little whiteheads again but as long as they stay as they are then they are no prob, fingers crossed!

i seem to have developed a few (small but significant) spots on my chest, i dont think its hormones and I've been off tane for about 2 months now maybe? Im not sure. Anyway, I will never see my derm again unless i need more tane so I guess its a trip to the docs for me to get that topical. I think it sounded something like "dalycin T" or something similar though Im not sure.

I'm sure it'll be fine! It doesn't sound bad at all to me. Maybe try asking your derm for a retinoid, it should help fade red marks too?

do you know what dalycin t is J? Ive never heard of it - and whats a retinoid?

yup, dalacin T is clindamycin solution - a topical antibiotic, comes in either a roller or a gel. Didn't do anything for my acne for YEARS though

Retinoid would be Retin-A or even Tazorac gel, that stuff is supposed to clear your pores so you don't get acne and also stimulates collagen renewal, flaking off the outer layers of your skin. That gets rid of red marks apparently So hooray for that!

not too bad thanks, hard though without the ex, bringing it in without him doind something special with my family when he was supposed to be there was hard though but...never mind, we are still mates.

I have exams at the moment which go towards my final grade so im a bit stressed out.

Retin A worked wonders on my skin, i wonder if i could get that back again?

Argh i went swimming today. A word of warning to all those on tane; I finished about 2/3 months ago and my joints still really ache after strenuous exercise even now.

Got water in my ear and cant get it out, im really worried it will get infected.

Yes! The days are getting lighter earlier now and so Im a lot happier!

I moved my room about to have something change to get over the ex and i chucked everything into the middle of the room...and my cd pouch must have fallen into the trash bag! i spent £15 and 6 hours on Sat recopying them, thank god i had copies of about 30/70 on my comp. grrr

yeah, hang on ill get a better pic of them and post it up, i look real crap in this im warning you now. i have loads lil red scars but they are fading now. when i first ended the course i had loads and they were really obvious but they faded a lot now. give me a mo...

yep, theyre in the order they were taken. erm, i finished late november i think. that last pic was taken the other day, the 17 i think it says? it isnt a very good one, my hairs all wet coz i just got out the shower and my eyes look all weird...

these pictures are so inspiring! and i dont think you look wierd at all! after seeing these pictures I cant wait until im done with my treatment. it looks like your marks are all gone or at least from what i can see after only about a couple months.

yeah they are mostly gone. i dont wear makeup to hid them like most girls, im proud to be ugly! lol. if anything it makes my skin worse. i love having clear skin, i cant remember the last time i did (i was 8) so its weird and i still get paranoid bout the red marks and it made me a social phobic.
