Hello all, i was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem as i do... if i use benzoyl peroxide for a little while my skin become really pale ... has anyone else had this problem?... And is there a way to fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

There is not really people saying anything about it bleaching skin but I have read that it might. I wouldn't be surprised if it did since it bleaches clothing and hair.

yeah i thought it might, is there any way for me to continue to use the BP and still have the same skin tone as i usually have?

never had it happen to me. using Dan's gel, and before that, i was using Persa-Gel.

BTW, what brand are you using? When people post something about problems with BP, they should specify exactly what brand they are using and what % BP. It is definitely relevant to the discussion.

I noticed that my skin looked white after I put the BP on, but I never actually had a problem with it bleaching my skin. It did bleach my bangs though.

Have you considered using a gradual self tanner for the face?

i have been using benzac AC 2.5%....cause i live in Australia...
and thanks for the tanning idea, i might give it a go...
