To me, if feels more like the Proactiv but noticeably thicker and more "gel" like. It goes on VERY smooth and absorbs great

I love the texture my other bp was like this weird creamy type that dried up really fast so I had hardly any time to apply, plus it looked all white 
dans gel is more watery and goes on smooth and gives me time to spread it around but yea its more or so like proactive lotion but less lotiony and more gelly
