Hi all,

I've been coming here for awhile, but never really had a good reason to post. Until now, of course! Alright, let's get to my history. I'm a 20 yr. old Asian/Polynesian/Caucasian, living in Hawaii. I have been fighting acne since I was 12 or so. Trying various treatments ( Proactive, Tetracycline, Keflex ) to no avail. I have a few indented scars, and a lot of red marks all over (except my forehead for some reason?).
Anyways, here is what I've been doing.

(Once in the morning and once at night)

1. Vitamin B (Take 1)
2. Vitamin C (Take 2)
3. Vitamin E (Take 1)
4. Multivitamin (Take 1)
5. Saw Palmetto (Take 2)

I've been using "Clean & Clear" Deep Cleaning Astrigent. Followed by regular neosporin (thx to JessicaStuart24) on the places with red marks. Every other day I cleanse with baking soda. Which used to be followed by vinegar, but I got bad results. The vinegar gave me the worst red marks I've had in my entire life!

(note: I couldn't find any neosporin cream. So I used regular neosporin)

Miscellaneous Information.

1. I've been excersing more.
2. Quit soda for water.
3. I use an electric shaver now. -> Wish I had one earlier. It would have definitely prevented some indented scars.

Well, I just wanted to share what has been working for me, and I can honestly say this is the best my face has looked in years. It should work good if you are in a tight fix. I was invited to a b-day party and I panicked because, my face was completely red from vinegar. With only 5 days to go, I was able to get rid of most (not all) of my red marks. So do this as a long-term treatment and you'll get proper results. It even got rid of my acne! I was only aiming for my red marks, but this was a welcome surprise! biggrin.gif

Thx for reading !

Sounds like a great regimen. It's similar to mine. I also love the Neo creme. yeah, I used ACV a while back and found it was too irritating even when diluted. Thanks for sharing! biggrin.gif
