i changed my room's lamp for a white lamp.. i think it is an ultraviolet lamp....
cus it have a white light.. and i can see better my red marks..
but i wanna know.. if it will worse my red marks.. i use a moist with SPF 20

it's jsut a different lighting. Skin can look really bad in certain lighting, for example, whereas there are lightings that are favorable for the skin's appearance. Your skin does not change just because of the lighitng...

white light makes acne and scarring look 10 times worse. orange/yellowish light is the best

i prefer dark. so i became nocturnal
