As far as I know you can use it on your neck. But I wouldn't recommend it. I used it on mine and it was unbelievably dry and itchy. Maybe if you used a really good moisturizer it would be ok. But my neck was way too sensitive.

My neck was fine for three weeks during my usage of BP gel. . . then it got scaley and itchy pretty much out of nowhere. Logically, I've stopped putting it on my neck. I wouldn't recommend it. At least not in large doses.
