i started using scarzone on my red marks after reading TylerD's post in the scar treatments section. ive been using neosporin cream for the past week and have seen great imrpovements but i had three very stubborn red marks that just didnt seem to fade...i tried glycolic peels, lotions and lime juice but nothing seemed to help...if anything it just made them darker. i went to Brooks and found scarzone in the first aid section...it was pretty expensive ($10.99) and i wasnt sure if it would work. after using it for 4 days the three marks that were a really dark brown are almost gone!

heres a link to the website... http://www.scarzone.com/
it moisturizes the skin as well as protects it from the sun with spf 15
i applied it about 3 times a day, in the morning, in the afternoon and before i went to sleep and i saw results after 2 days.
i dont know how it would work on ice picks or pitted scars...but for red marks it really works well.

Hmmm im not exactly sure on that one. I have not come across many sites you can order this stuff from because i have looked into it. I think your best bet maybe would be to go to drugstore.com and see if they have it there. If they dont that you might have to look into something els if no one carries it over there.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to wait a while to get this product. I've got limited cash flow, because I just bought the bp gel, and still have to get the other products Dan suggested. cry.gif I'm sure that I'll have it eventually in my bathroom though. cool.gif

This is the ingredients in scarzone: Octinoxate 7.50%
sunscreen
zinc oxide 3.00%
sunscreen

And that is it. Farelly simple but very effective. Works like a charm if you have scarring or red marks.

Using this on accutane is fine my friend does it and has good results. Also anywhere in Canada should have it walmart, shoppers, zellers etc... just ask anyone working with drugs and prescriptions if they can find it for you.

I've had Scarzone in my bathroom for months. I'm a bit afraid to use it after feeling the consistency first-hand. Has anyone had trouble with this product causing more acne? eusa_think.gif

I'm one of the fortunate people that still gets active acne along with heaps of red marks (in the same area). eusa_wall.gif I want to make sure that using this wouldn't make my breakouts worse.

Thanks

Hmmm... are there any other ingredients listed? Cuz those are both sunscreen ingredients. I'm curious about which ingredient helps reduce the red marks...
