hi,
am a newbie in the house and i really wanna try this regimen thing. Ummm......what kinda BP Gel shud i get?? Can i just go into Shoppers drug mart or any drug store and ask for BP GEL????? am i supposed to look for something specific besides the facts that the gel shud be 2.5% in strength???

Everyone here will probably recommend "BP Gel" which is made specifically for the Regimen.

Hey Jay, if your going to Shopper's I suggest you get BP made by PanOxyl. I'm using it, and it has helped me sooo much. If your not interested in that one, I suggest you try Clean & Clear's PersaGel, but the thing is it may be too strong to apply all-over your face the way the regimen recommends.

hey guys,
thanks a bunch........am gonna order Dan's BP gel but before that comes through, i'll start the regimen with Neutrogena On The Spot Cream and see how that goes for me. Hope it really works
