I just started taking MinoCycline about a week ago and can already tell a difference. I went to the dermatologist and he diagnosed me with two different things: Seborrheic Dermatitis and Acne. Seborrheic Dermatitis is Dandruff of the face. It is red, irritated, flaky skin. He gave me 2% Hydrocortisone and Minocycline. The Hydrocortisone is supposed to help with the inflammation that comes with Seborrheic Dermatitis, but I stopped using it because it was breaking me out ( petroleum in ingredients). I picked up a CVS bran dof hydrocortisone that is oil-free and also conatins aloe vera gel which is a plus for redness. Anyways, my skin is less red and inflamed and I have only about 5 pimples on my face now. I think the Minocycline is really working....wish me luck....
