i started the regimen using 2.5% gel a little whilst ago, about after two weeks i switched to 5% gel, when i went to get some more i picked up cream instead of gel, now when looking at the ingrediants i found the cream had zink in it somewhere, where as the gel didnt, now im not sure if this has made a lot of difference but ive certainly seen improvements with my face in the last few days, can anyone else offer any feedback on this??
ps im using the oxy bp stuff
gel or cream?

Zinc deficiency is linked to acne, so you might be better off with the cream!

Hey guys,
I'm just reading through all the old BP gel threads, and this one bears particular revelance to me.
Just wondering if anyone has experience with the cream form? The Zinc the above posters mention is Zinc Stearate, can this be beneficial?
The cream comes with natural emollients, so it should be less drying. Only available at 5%.
Maybe this topic has been discussed already, (but not recently- I'm scrolling through), so Dan, or anyone else, any thoughts about the cream?

Hey follower, are you still having much success with the oxy cream? Im curious - been using oxy 5 vanishing cream for about 5 weeks and i cant really say that my skin has gotten 100% (or even 90%) clear. I thought things were getting better but this morning woke up and my face had broken out something awful... was sooo disheartened.
When i started i had whiteheads on my jawline and temple area.. since using the cream though, the acne is not so angry and I def dont get as many whiteheads... but i still get acne. Sucks.
How long you been using the Oxy cream? Can i ask what your regimen is?
Cheers

I stopped using bp all together a few weeks ago, as my doctor perscribed zinerate (i think thats it). Not having much luck with it right now so ill probably go back to bp soon, but i did see some improvement in my face whilst using the bp cream

People who have oily and non sensitive skin usually prefer gels, while sensitive dry skinned people usually prefer creams.
