Since this seems to be working well for some people, then someone should post some pictures. Post your photos, I want to see how clear you are.

well i am still in the trial stage myself. I just recently changed to the op's recommended product. I started out using the dial white bar which had a different active anti-bacterial ingredient. The soap bar I liked because of the scent, clean and dry feeling (not dried out skin but stay dry) I had these last couple of weeks especially it being summer for me was a keeper:).but acne (for me) didnt seem to budge much. I still liked it because it was a good soap.

since using the liquid body wash a few days ago I think I am starting to see an improvement. to early to tell but i do think it is helping me. I will update soon to see if it really did help my body acne. this soap smells good too and lathers nicely with a puffy ball.

IMO Keephopealive dial anti-bacterial is only 3-4 bucks and easy to find anywhere. why not give it a try yourself?

How's the Noxzema working out dizzylizzy? I think I've used the Noxzema triple clean face wash before but it didn't work that great for me, actually. It gets good reviews from what I've seen though, so I think I'm probably in the minority on that. Hope it's working out for you!

And the possibility of a super bacteria resistant to triclosan? Triclosan is and has been the active ingredient in pretty much all of the antibacterial hand soaps on the market, so I really wouldn't worry about it. Don't believe too much of those reports you read on the internet smile.gif

I am liking it. Triple clean is not drying at all. It has a pleasant enough scent and lather's up pretty well and u only need a dime sized squirt to get face and neck washed and clean :)As for acne it hasn't broken me out and maintains my clarity as much as a cleanser can. Still need my whole regimen don't think just a soap can do it. It is now a staple 4 me:) thumbs up.

I am gonna stock up u never know when they will discontinue it. They always do on the good products or products I like!!

Did anyone else have an initial breakout with this stuff? I started using it on saturday and i'm breaking out a little more. I'm going to keep going with this stuff though, maybe it will kick in after this "purge".

I've used this stuff (in the Spring Water scent) for a good while and it's worked okay for me, though I haven't cleared up entirely. today while doing research online, though, I found that it has two ingredients that are supposed to be bad for acne-prone skin (comedogenic, see specifically sodium laureth sulfate and sodium chloride. It really does seem to have been helpful for me body acne, though, so I feel confused, especially after coming across this discussion! Any thoughts?

I've suffered from KP or acne on my arms since before I could remember. I've tried everything, from Glycol wash to acne wipes. I've seen mild results since applying the DK AHA and using Lush's Sea Vegetable soap.

I purchased the Dial "gold" bar, which contains .60% of Triclocarban. Call me a snob, but I have never used something so basic and cheap before. Hey, if it works then who cares. I'll do just about anything at this point, sans drink pee. I have only used it once, but I can comment on it's superb lathering and smell. It also made my skin feel extra clean, without leaving it dry or stripped.

I am also using another soap I just picked up from Lush (Mud Flats); b/c I am such a product whore razz.gif
I will report my results when some time has passed.

Wowzers, I see results in less than a week. My arms look better than they have been in over 6months. Thanks for the suggestion guys!

I Used the Dial "gold" bar for only 3 days. & Lush's Mud Flats bar soap for about the same time.
I have also been applying the DK AHA after showering.

I finally found SafeGuard at Rite Aid; which has Triclocarban of 1.2%. My recent love/fascination w/ Hibiclens has led me to try it on my body. I think it is helping my healing along.

Not 100% clear yet, which would be a miracle since I never have been anytime in my life. Can't wait.

For someone confused about which product to use, it really doesn't matter; just as long you find that it has an active ingred. of Triclocarban or any antimicrobial/antibacterial. The higher the better.

2 1/2 weeks- one arm 90% clear of breakout/hyperpigmentation, the other closely following at 80% clear of breakout and 60% clear of hyperpigmentation.

Gave up AHA, b/c heard it causes problems for KP. I'm not sure if that is true, but it did cause whiteheads on face.

Only using Safeguard to cleanse and occasionally a exfoliating natural loofah; which is clearing hyperpigmentation.

Thought I would update.
It's been 3 weeks and I am now 95% clear on one arm and 85% on the other. I still have a bit of hyperpigmentation left from my acne on one of my arms, but the breakout is now gone.

Pretty remarkable, b/c I've tried a lot to clear this up. I've had acne on my arms since puberty, and I am now 32. I also have to mention that I had to switch back to dial "gold" bar from Safeguard. The Safeguard really dried out my skin and caused irritation. The dial works just as well for me and doesn't cause eczema.

I'm very impressed, thanks to the original poster.

Hey! I just started using the Gold Bar for body acne behind my neck and chest. I've been using it for about a week. It seemed to be drying up the old acne, but all of a sudden I broke out in the same areas again. Did you experience any purging process with the DIAL or has it been working for you since Day 1? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much! biggrin.gif

hi, new member here.
i'm going to try the dial antibacterial spring water body wash for my chest and back, and noxema triple clean wash for my face (also antibacterial) today. my derm prescribed me augmentin a few months ago and it worked well..500mg twice a day. seemed to be the only thing that helped, but not something i want to be on long-term. also was given pacnex, differin, triaz, evoclin..was not seeing a big difference so i'm hoping these antibacterial washes will do it for me. i'm 28 and have very oily skin and have always broken out since i hit puberty..my back especially sad.gif
