hiya, im 16, and have had mild acne for some time, theres only a little bit of serious acne on my face, and the rest is mainly blackhead, i think my forehead is wort effected by these, i have just started using neutrogena on the stop 2.5%bp gel, because of what i read on this site, iv ebeen using it about a week and a half and ive actually had comments from people on how my face is starting to get better, however im still in doubt wether this gell can clear up blackheads, so the question is, can it?
if it cant can anyone reccomend something that can,
anyway thanks smile.gif

Consider yourself lucky not to have cysts! Blackheads are murder, but you can try masks - zinc or sulphur. Also, those pore strips once in a while. They don't cure your blackheads, but it is one way to get them out prior to going someplace special. Masks are great though. Don't try too much stuff or you may end up with more spots on your face than you already have.

Any other suggestions out there?

I think so. Just don't over do it with too many things. Clean it out good first and then apply the bp.

Try an exfoliator. There are several AHA threads, and I've had good results adding AHA to my regimen, especially with the clogged pore problem.
