i brought some last week, but i hate applying it, it dries really fast and looks heaps cakey and dry when i finished..helppp. whats the best way 2 apply it. confused.gif

I never get a cakey look. I guess it's because my skin is super oily. I simply apply mine with a sponge by dabbing it over my face.

Do you moisturize before applying it? That's probobly the most important part to get it to look natural. It's very matte so if you have really dry skin, it could look a bit chalky. Revlon has another foundation called Colorstay Stay Natural that i think is more for dry skin. It doesn't cover as much but it doesn't have the extreme matte finish.

I use a sponge, too. You have to work quickly with it as it dries in a hurry, but I have enough time to put two "coats" on before it sets on really hard-to-cover spots.

I always used a little Jojoba oil underneath as a moisturizer, then used a loose powder on top. Never cakey, just healthy looking.
