But.... Depending on how much you know him and how much he knows you, just tell him that you are uncomfortable about meeting him because of how you look... Honesty is great, and everybody likes it

I know you would rather be with a great person than a superficial ass, so just show up or tell him about it and he if backs off or treats you differently, then he isn't worth your time is he?
But if he doesn't care, then all is good
About the abstinate thing.. Just tell him that you're on accutane and you don't want to have sex. again I don't know how well you know him or how long you've known him, and the direct approach I'm suggesting is best if you've known them for a while.
Just be honest and forward, and if you can't do that... Just meet him and let him find out for himself
