for me booze doesnt help my skin which sucks. Also shaving is irritating.
At least Ive trained myself not to pick at my skin as much.
Just curious how it is for everyone elses complexion.

Stress defo I came up really bad during my exams

Obsession defo as things like over-washing your face which i used to do, can really aggrovate your skin and strip natural oil in your face, and damage the skin making it take longer to heal and as for picking -however tempting it is- this only allows dirt into your skin, and making your skin bleed is never good as it leaves red scars which i know too well take forever to heal.
Drink shÃt loads of water, drink alchy and eat junk in moderation, and get enough sleep.....seems to be working for me..and i am the biggest chocoholic around

Definitely overpicking, the rest I can't really say that it causes or aggravates acne.
