Lemme tell you about my skin first, I'm 18 - no wrinkles yet, sensitive/dry skin (dryer in the winter though), about an olive complexion - more on the lighter side though and I tan pretty easily. My face is usually cleared up but recently I've broken out and I've done stuff to try and get rid of this acne but it seems like it wants to stay for a while...so...

I've been wanting to buy something like a makeup kit for a while now, ya know foundation, some applicators, whatever else I would need, etc. I've been looking around (online) but really haven't found anything that I thought could be good. I looked at bare minerals and it seems okay but I'm not sure about it. I also emailed them and they haven't replied so I kinda threw them out the window for that. I've heard good and bad things about it. I looked at the mac website but they don't seem to have a makeup kit...I would really like one being that I don't know the first thing about makeup. Also, I'm looking for something moderately priced.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Also, suggestions on a good moisturizer?
