I started taking b5 a couple of days ago and now when I go to bed my dreams are so strange and vivid that when I wake up in the morning i'm still not sure if it was real or not for about 5 minutes!!
has anyone else experienced anything like this?
is this a side effect or just coincidence?

Wow, that sounds awesome. What brand are you taking? Are you on any anti-depressants? I heard those can really give you wild and vivid dreams too.

lol.gif I've been having weird dreams like that too, funny thing is, one day I woke up and some things that I dreamt about happened that day... coincidence? They weren't anything huge, but it was little things, and because they were weird the begin with it made it even more strange... and I thought it was very weird because it was almost exact. But anyway... I don't want ya'll to think I am weird or anything... wink.gif And yeah, I've just started taking B5... is ESP a side effect? j/k

I'm using the evolution-x brand because they have biotin and other b vitamins, i'm not on anti depressants or anything else except the b5, and yes it is pretty awsome...

my phisics teacher used to be really into stuff like this, astral projection ESP etc the experiences he used to tell us about instead of teaching us pysics were pretty intresting and sometimes scary!

Ahhh, I think I've read those before. Interesting: "Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5,
500 mg) boosts dream recall."

I would venture to guess that you are just having better recall and you are just starting to realize how bizaar dreams really are... but I think the wierdness is actually normal. This would prolly be a good opportunity for you to get into lucid dreaming. It's cool as shit. Let me know if you are interested and I could give references.
