alright what is this, i don't get a lot of pimples since i got into my twenties but goodness Grief look at this thing. No white head just hard as a rock, its about the size of quarter sticking out about 1/4 inch from the surface of my ear. Cyst? Zit? maybe someone around here knows.

Does it hurt like a zit usually hurts?
If it doesn't hurt and is hard as a rock...IMO I would see a doctor and have it checked out..

Theres no way that could be anything related to acne, looks more like a boil or something.

I recently had some of these myself. I think it's still acne. Mine started off perfectly round too and eventually a head DID form. At one point I just blew one of mine apart, at the head, tried to get all the white puss and blood out. Put isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) on it afterwards. It did fill a little more actually, but now it's rapidly dying. It looks like it's splitting into 3 small pimples, odd isn't it?

yeh i think seeing a doctor will be a good idea. I dont think foundation can cover that up lol
