If acne had brains then they'd disappear for good because the natural purpose for all living beings is to make babies.
Since humans are attracted to pretty people and acne make pretty people ugly, we are less likely to make any babies.
So if acne had a brain that corresponded with our bodies, then we would have never known about acne.

sometimes it helps to think like this.

I have the same thoughts about myself Melchior. It's best not to dwell on such thinking, since it's not productive in any way what-so-ever. But it's hard not to eh? For me it is anyway.. -shrug-

But... It's not like it's a medical disorder like heart disease or something. All acne affects is appearance. I'd actually think with two such paretns that have experienced it, they could better support the child and if the worst happens, help treat them. If these two parents also got together, doesn't that give hope to the child too? Also, in a family like that, most likely the family would be eating very healthy, using only good if any cosmetic products, etc. I think overall it would be BETTER for the child. At least we know the parents aren't superficial and filling the child's head with thoughts of superficiality to be placed in a world already consumed in it.

EDIT: Also, you know every human has a relative with some kind of disease or problem. We're almost ALL carriers if not the people who experience it ourselves. Even people without heart disease can have a child with heart disease, because one of them could have been a carrier. If we were to base having children on who's "suitable" to procreate, nobody COULD reproduce anymore. I'd rather have understanding parents and medicine than extinct humans.

I'd agree for the fact that he would likely be more understanding, however.... Don't think of acne as something that makes you lesser than anyone else. Appearance shouldn't get you down like this, a perfect skinned guy isn't better than you in any way. Now if this imagined guy treated everyone better, made people feel good etc and you felt you didn't have these qualities, I'd work on this instead of appearance. Personality > Appearance. If everyone felt like this we wouldn't have as many problems in the world.
