I dont' know how fucking weird this is but i went from 2 fading zits to 4 cysts and growing in 3 days. Yes thats right my face is oily as fuck again and my cystic acne is coming back so I am rushing to try and see my derm again so she will believe me and put me back on acutane because I'm not letting acne ruin my chances with this absolutely perfect girl of my dreams i met when I was clear. God is all I have left. I will post pictures of my cysts right now this weekend in case no one bleives me. Man i am fucked up becuase as most of the old people know I was on 9 months of accutane b4 and wow If that didn't work will anything eve rwork? I'm so disgusted and pissed cause now I will not enjoy college or get girls anymore.. I hate life.

Have you payed attention to what you ate lately?Maybe is something related to that.My bf gets lots of this things when he eats cheese and chocolate.

I think we share the same boat. i got acne skin b4 and it recovers. Now it starts coming back again and now its far more serious than b4. Im not sure is it because of the food we eat. Cos the western doc dun believe in food can cause acne skin. But in chinese medication they believe that certain food causes. Esp seafood like prawns, crabs, others like fried food and chocolates. If ya think eating certain food can cause acne maybe ya should try to avoid. And maybe after your acne skin recovers, try to eat some vitamin supplements like C, E. Less Vitamin A maybe if ya taking accutane b4. Cos the food we eat might miss out certain vitamins we need. But its better to ask the doc for advice just in case got any side effects.

no man it was like as soon as i shaved and got my face all nice and clean then bam huge ass red lumps all over and a couple cysts. I looked so good on saturday and now its wednesday and i looklike a fucking pizza. I will never meet that girl again now.

ASKED HER IF SHAVING WOULD AFFECT MY FACE OR WHAT SHAVING CREAM I USED AND SHE SAID NO. WAHTEVER SERIOUSLY I ALMOST KILLED MYSELF LAST NIGHT EXCEPT THIS GIRL I AM IN LOVE WITH TOLD ME THAT SHE MIGHT KILL HERSELF IF I DID SO I COULDN'T GO LIKE THAT. I AM BEYOND FUCKED UP RIGHT NOW. and i bet when you see her...you will be thinking more of your face then she will...as soon as you cal her and she says " yea ill see you again"...thats when you know...SHE LIKES YOU FOR YOU....forget about a couple of spots...go for it man...take your own advise

still its kind of hard to think that when u last saw her you had on zit max and now you have 10+ including some cysts. I just keep telling here I am sick and stuff and that I have to go to the doctor. I knew I would find a girl and then my face would blow up again. I am destined to be in pain its ok though cause i know when I die I will finally be free. As soon as that happens I don't know...

Aside from praying, at least do something to reduce your stress about all this just so it doesn't exacerbate your condition. Go do some good jogging, some exercise. Go scream into a pillow or in your car while driving... let it all out man. Stay as stress free as possible. Learn relaxation exercises and meditation. Go to the health food store and buy some velarian root and down that with a shot of Nyquil before bed and FORGET about your acne before fall asleep... let all the pain go away and get some deep deep rest at night so you aren't drained and stressed when you wake up. Just try and detach from the condition and don't let it damage parts of you that you can protect. And lastly, try 15 grams of B5 per day if you haven't tried it already... 5 grams/meal. Tell yourself that you just don't give a shit anymore and you will feel releived.
