Im guessing you posted this in the wrong subsection, oh well.. I have the same feeling too... I had a good relationship going with a girl I knew last semester in one of my classes but it feel apart quicker then I could say valentines, just sucks.. I still have feelings for her but I don't know what I did wrong but now she doesn't even say a word to me or not even pay attention to me (or thats what I think).. I don't think I'll ever have a valentines but it doesn't bother me much. I got other things to look forward to.

Just be yourself around people and theyll like you for being who you are. I know it sounds cliche and it's what everyone tells you, but I know most everyone would rather be around someone who acts like they really are than one who puts on a different show for each little group of people just to fit in. Not saying that this is how you are, but if you are this way, people will undoubtedly see through your acne and see what a great person you are. Who knows, you may find her that way.

Lots of people are single, and the only people to do something for valentines days are the couples. Single people never send valentine declarations to other sinlge people or anything.

Well see there we go, so your not as lonely as you say you are. Trust me man, it's not the amount of friends you have, and you'll learn this rather quickly. Im currently 16 years old and a Junior in HS, and I learned this over time. But all along, I had friends who were great to me and I never even realized it until I figured it out. Quality over quantity, trust me.
As for your valentines problem, dont even worry about it. Valentines is just some phony holiday created by Mainstream American and Hallmark just so you can go out and buy shit. It's just about $$$, dont let society fool you. People will fall for anything
