Do I squeeze out a fair amount on a flat surface (like a pad or finger), then dip my concealer brush in it? Do you use the tips of the bristles only? Or, do I squeeze them out straight to fill all the bristles? However I use so little concealer when I was using my fingers, that even a 0.1mm sphere of it could cover about 3 red marks.

I always squeezed a little onto my hand, and kind of dipped the tips on one side of the brush into it.

Make up artists will say it's best to apply concealer with your finger because it warms it up and allows it to blend better.

Good to a make up counter and get a good match. You should not use the same color concealer for under eye circles and to cover blemishes (one shade lighter than your skin tone for under eye; same/slightly darker for your blemishes). Apply concealer to blemish and tap up and down repeatedly (that gives more coverage than just applying and blending with your finger). I put mine on after I do my foundation (so I can see which areas need extra cover up.) Let it sit and then dust loose powder over face with a large brush to set (if you use a puff, tap over skin - don't smear it.) Avoid pressed powder until concealer dries.

If you insist on using a brush, use the same tapping motion instead of a back and forth or side to side.
