I ordered some Maca after reading about it's effect on balancing hormones through the entire endocrine system. Not to mention the many other benefits like energy, mental clarity, and sexual. I really hope it works.eusa_pray.gif After trying almost everything, I am thoroughly convinced that my hormones are frigged up.

Maca is a plant grown in Peru where the root is ground and eaten as food. Google it and you'll see lots of info.

I've been taking it for about two months now and it may be helping to balance my hormones. I definitely feel more energetic, skin has been pretty good... I would suggest giving it a two month trial to see if you notice anything.

That's good, I found a good store to get it from. It's considered one of the "superfoods". http://www.rawliving.co.uk/superfoods.php for more info.
