Sorry for the BIG delay of reply, but about the vinegar, you just apply it with cotton or Q-tips. Just make sure that they're diluted, and don't apply it to areas without acne or else you'll break out on those area, just like what a medication would do. Good luck!

However, TOTALLY watch your DIET! I regret eating bags and bags of chocolates. Now, I have two pimples. Well, at least just two compared to dozens before when I was still using medications and etc...

Thanks. I really do not know why there are those people too, and why they exist on this world. Well, anyways, you just wet the baking soda and apply it to your face as a mask, then leave it for like half an hour or so, or even more, doesn't matter since it's not irritating anyways. Actually, it's the cheapest method as a deodorant. I actually recommend it more than a regular deodorant since it is more effect without the scent. Baking Soda is also a deodorizer, that's why. About the vinegar, I advise you to not use vinegar if you have very clear, untouched areas of your face. I regret doing that. It took me a month or so for my clear face recover from some of the effects of the vinegar.
My cheek has acne, but my forehead doesn't, and is clear, but one day, out of my curiosity, I decided to apply vinegar to my forehead too. As a result, it started to get little bumps the next week. Anyways, after I stopped that and started using the water regimen even to my cheeks and forehead, no more bumps.
That's one of the reasons why I believe that this regimen is perfect for *almost* everyone. Actually, it's not even a regimen, but merely eliminating something.
About the vinegar, you should get a diluted vinegar, rice vinegar or Apple Cider are the best. Get the 5% diluted one and apply it to your face with cotton. Most vinegars are diluted nowadays so you won't have trouble finding them. Do the vinegar thing once a day, but if you have some big bumps, do them twice, but decrease it to once after two weeks or so.
First, just wash your face with just water, then apply vinegar, and let it stay. It will dry off by itself. It will be smelly though, and sting your eye, and maybe your face if you're not used to strong stuff. But, there it is. Have fun, and good luck.
ALSO, WATCH YOUR DIET. I GREW TWO NEW PIMPLES FROM MY ALREADY CLEAR, BUT SCARRED FACE BECAUSE OF EATING LOTS AND LOTS OF CHOCOLATES.

Guess why a lot of people have prevented breakout from Cetaphil? It's because it's a very very very soft skin wash. I often doubted how can cetaphil prevent acne before since my face isn't feeling anything and that I wasn't feeling any kind of reaction in my face unlike Proactiv. But guess what, it became the opposite around.
I don't use Cetaphil though, just water. I mean, Cetaphil is $8.00 and water is free and they both have the same effect. Well, I know that's kinda a not exactly true statement, but unless you work on coal mines, restaurant, outside all the time, then I don't believe water is enough. That's when you can use cetaphil.
However, if you just go to an office, or school, or somewhere indoors, then water is fine. I use Cetaphil after I have had a rough day.
OOPS. Wait, I think I didn't answer your question...
pecan-ice, I can't understand your question.
Alright, I'll break it down.
"do you think that using a natural cleaser..that contains no chemicals is fine as a face wash"
-YES, because ACNE isn't caused by dirt. Washing excess oil on your face is enough.
"because even if one were to get off of it evenutally there are no harsh chemicals that would cause breakouts"
-Now, this is what I don't understand. No offense, but work on your construction. Are you asking me a question or you're asking a question, then you're answering your own question?
Nevermind, I get it.
Ok, what you're saying is partially right. If you use harsh cleansers or medications such as Benzoyl Peroxide on your not so severe really acne, you're just destroying your face instead of fixing it. Read my first post again, and you'll understand. Why are you, or actually, why are many of us getting acne? It's because we have genetically inherited this kind of skin. It may be acne prone or acne resistant, depending on the type of skin you inherited. Those with good skins are in no way near to getting acne, except when they eat a whole room of chocolates. We unfortunately have a lower level of skin type, and that's why we get acne.
Now, using medications and harsh chemicals just destroy it even more.
Alright, I believe that satisfies you. K. Good luck!
Anyways, once again, another of my personal update:
-SKIN is as usual, CLEAR! except for the freaking red marks!
-It has been 2 great months already of clear face. I just hope the red marks fade soon cuz it still looks like I have acne.
-Regimen: Water as cleanser (Warm to Hottish water), and carefully watching my diet
-Tea daily and Water only 2 hours before and after meal

So, even if I don't have body acne and my family doesn't have acne in their genes, once I stop, will I still get a huge breakout? I eat healthy, drink a ton of water everyday, and don't eat sugar or drink alcohol and apparently I'm not acne prone.
