Hi,
I was just wonderin if it is ok to use bicarbonate of soda my red marks then use the green tea and vitamin c toner on my skin? Thanks for any help.

Hey,
Yep thats fine you can use Delna's regimen and then the green tea/vitamin C toner then a moisturiser. That is what i am doing at the moment smile.gif.
With the toner make sure that it has cooled down before applying it to your skin.
Also make sure that before putting the vitamin c in, crush it up into powder then mix it up. It may take some time to dissolve so make sure that you put the vitamin C in the green tea when it is hot.
You can put the toner in a spray bottle and spray it onto your face if you like.

When you say green tea, do you mean the one with the leaves or the teabag.
