Is there any oil-control lotion available in Canada?

I know they are pretty new, and wonder if they are available in Canda yet.

One of them is like Nivea for Men.

Clarex OC works great. You'll need a prescription and for me it costed about $20 for a tube. Be careful not to use too much though because it'll dry out your skin a bit in the process. A thin layer twice daily in place of moisturizer after you cleanse is all you'll need.

does it permanently reduce oiliness in face in the long run if you keep using it?

i think no lotion will cure the oiliness in the long run, because the problem is internal..
