I have Seborrheic Dermatitis and Perioral Dermatitis on my chin right now. Extreme flakiness, red bumps, and acne. It's absolutely horrible.

Right at this moment, I am taking Fluconazole to kill candida overgrowth inside out. According to research, Fluconazole will save the good bacteria and kill only the bad. However, if I add Minocycline to the mix, I think it kills ALL bacteria. In this case, should I add probiotics (which seem to break me out I think) into the mix after taking Minocycline daily (Fluconazole is once a week).

I also have an alternative to Minocycline. It's Oil of Oregano. It's a natural antibiotic and pretty much kills bacteria and fungus though I do not know if it's stronger or weaker than Minocycline. The plus side is that it's not going to wreck my liver.

Anyone have an idea?

Hmmm, I might have to add that the small red non-itching bumps might be a possible side effects of fluconazole which I believe it is after taking it yesterday. I'm not sure if it's recurring Perioral dermatitis, a side effect, or a die-off of fungus/yeast.
