Is This A Keloid?

It's really small and been there for around a year or more now. It really bothers me and it seems to be squishy. Sometimes when I accidentally poke it, it swells up and gets bigger, but eventually goes back down. I'm really worried now because I feel like it got slightly bigger...

I feel like I may have had this younger on my chest, but that went away after I kept poking it. I don't dare poke this though in case it gets worse. If it is a keloid, what can I do to get rid of it? I'm Asian of Chinese descent if that makes any difference. Would silicone sheets help?

Hi, the images are pretty crap so it's hard to tell, have you checked out what a keloid actually, a raised scar outside the bounds of the original wound/cyst
