I've been reading up on this site and a lot of the reviews really helped me out, but something still puzzles me.
My acne is pretty much solely on my cheeks and chin and the acne on my forehead has cleared up since I stopped washing it with benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. Now, when I stopped using them on my chin I started breaking out, although it seemed to work alright on my cheeks. I have really shaggy hair and find it weird that my somewhat oily forehead is flawless yet I am fairly scarred up on my face. I'm working on using vitamin d and a daily vitamin along with a changed diet, but could the BP and Sal. acid be hurting me or the extra moisture on my forehead be what I needed all the time, because I always saw it as something that could clog pores and wasn't necessary because my skin has never been dry.

Good morning
Are you using the BP and Sal.Acid every day? If so, may I suggest that you start using it just three times a week as Sal Acid and BP can dry the skin if used all of the time.
I hope that this helps?

Turns out the Vitamin D is really working out, I'm gonna go do a review of it now, I'll probably post the link on this thread.
And yea I was washing with sal. acid using a BP topical about twice a day for a year and never really questioned it's effectiveness considering they are in what seems like just about every acne product out there and it felt cleansing. Maybe It's just a coincedence from my active regimen of not touching my face and all the water (I'm talkin like washing my face 15 times a day, but even so, the Vitamin D is doing great for my outlook on life and work ethic. This is coming from a punkass teen.
Please feel free to ask me anything about my regimen If I can help you
