hi - i've had these scars for around 9 years now and was wondering what the best treatment would be to get them removed.
Can anyone recommend a clinic they've had a good experience with in or around London?

I recommend Fraxel Repair or Deep fx whichever is more convenient to you in terms of location and pricing.
Another thing you could try is Dermarolling but I dont know much about it.
