Pretty girl. Fraxel Re:Pair is for you! Also see DRaGz thread where they used subcision and Ablative fractionalized CO2 together. http://www.acne.org/...cars-on-cheeks/ I can't comment on subcision, but it seemed to be a good combo for him. You will need multiple treatments, but your scars don't seem that deep. Don't buy into the Quackery that is a big part of this forum, and the vast majority of people who are mouthing off about Re:pair have never done it. One Re:pair will not be enough for you because of the extent of your scars, and you must be treated at a high level to achieve a good result. Low treatment level = low satisfaction. It has been 4 years since I began my Re:pair journey and I realized about a 30% improvement from my first , but 2 non-acne scars where virtually eliminated, and that is what told me Re:pair was working. I wasn't satisfied with a 30% improvement, but thanks to Dr Persky on RealSelf I realized multiple treatments were needed. I was amazed after the 2nd Re:pair, and I have ditched all of the quackery of the "Natural" treatments. Those scars were easy to track. Tracking individual acne scars when you have many of them is very difficult. Check out another pretty girl who is traveling the ablative fractionalized CO2 path who has much deeper scars than you.
http://www.acne.org/...er-link-o-rama/ It was after my 2nd Re:pair that I realized the most significant improvement and all further Re:pairs have yeilded cumulative improvement. Since I don't have good pictures I use Danielle as an example of what I was up against. As you can tell by my signature I have done about everything including wasting money on Dermarollers, Copper Peptides and LED lights. The new SCAAR FX laser by Lumenis looks interesting, but there is not enough information yet to make an informed decision. http://www.aesthetic....com/ultrapulse Re:pair is considered the current Gold Standard for fractionalized ablative CO2 lasers. Here is a quote from Dr. Michael Persky, a Plastic Surgeon from California on RealSelf.
"Fraxel re:pair works, and it works better than any other technology that I have been exposed to during my 25 years of facial cosmetic surgery experience."

Your scars are not super deep, So a few treatments with Fraxel Repair or DEEP FX should help tremendously.
And dudly is right, dont buy into the pseudo-dermatologist, Pseudo-Surgeons, or Pseudo-Doctors on this forum. Go to your Derm, surgeon,or Doctor and get his/her advise above everyone else.
Also you might want to wait a little bit longer, possibly till December for more details on the SCAAR FX to come out and then make your decision. this device seems very promising for fixing scarred tissue. But until then you could save up for the lasers which will run you about 2,000-3,000$. Best of luck on your journey, and make sure to update us.
