I've been on accutane for four months, and the accutane has not been kicking in. I'm from Canada, and the process of getting accutane is easier here. All you do is walk in (to your family doctor), request it, and you're able to get it. I requested it and got it and I took a blood test, which said I had high blood pressure. He said I needed to exercise more and I eat too much sugar/etc (I drink Starbucks lattes every morning and afternoons). Well, obviously I cut that out from my diet, but I never exercised. I haven't exercised for a good six years (but I do walk everyday, tons, if you consider that exercising). Anyway, the accutane hasn't been working so I tried to do mini things like eating haelthy to enhance the accutane (cut out dairy, eat healthier, and... Exercising!)

So... this week I have been exercising for 45 minutes. I exercised for three days, I was sweating like a pig. The next day later I went to school and my friend said my skin got clearer... So I think exercising may be helping. Anyone share similar experiences?

And if anyone is curious, I've been doing cardio workout.

Since I've done many things...
- Cut out dairy
- Started eating more greens (salad every morning, afternoon, night) (and also I eat greens during dinner time, but like cucumnbers and etc)
- Working out

So it's hard to determine which is actually being the effective choice since I did them all around the same time. I use to drink milk everyday, but I stopped when I found out it gives acne. My acne wasn't getting better, and I realized I eat yogurt every morning, so I cut that out. I'm Chinese (raised in Canada), and a lot of my friends from China said there's a Chinese saying that if you drink too much, you get acne. I noticed that it did get better, but I started this while doing everything else listed above.

Working out should help, as it clears the skin of toxins and has the blood rushing, so fresh blood cells can reach the face and heal faster (at least in theory).
