So basically, I havn't been able to find anything that works anywhere near as well as cocounut oil for my skin. My skin adapts easily to anything checmicals and usually gets worse after clearing up for a little bit. I've been hearing a lot about coconut oil and decided to give it a shot. I take two tablespoons a day internally, cleanse, use apple cidar vinegar as a toner and then apply coconut oil to my skin externally two times a day as well. Guess what? I am almost acne free. I've been doing this for the past two weeks and the difference is sensational. If I do get new acne it isn't around for long. I wanted to post about this stuff because it's incredible. I'm in the process of creating an informational website to inform others as I want to share this! I was also hearing great things about apple cidar vinegar, and using it topically as a toner is fantastic. Taking it is discusting and did not merit any results for me when I had done it for over two weeks.

How well has it worked for anyone else? if you haven't tried it, you should. It's extremely affordable as well.

:)

Congrats! Coconut oil is very healthy: it can kill bad bacteria, has good fats, a good source of energy, and helps balance hormones.

Did it help with your red marks too?

Absolutely, It allowed the acne to heal so the marks could start to heal as well. Any cuts I use this stuff on also helps them to heal much faster. I also use an exfoliant every night. As for older red marks it does help speed up the healing/peeling process. I have very pale skin so anything shows up, overall my skin is extremely healthy.
