I don't really know what to do anymore i feel like i'mfalling into a hole without stopping.
can someone please give me some advices on what to do please!
what medicines should i use?
will this spots go away or already have become scars that will stay forever in my face? HELP ME!
what it is? why it looks red? are those blemishes or soon to be scars?

Hey bro, well I don't really recommend any drugs like anti-biotic's but using creams such as Dan's regimen will help clam it down. I suggest changing your diet to non-insulin spiking foods and proper supplementation. Good luck!

thanks man. yeah before all this i was very active. but i stop exercising due to that i was very busy and ate alot of nuts and fat and in less then a week i start getting tons of pimples some under the skin some smaller. after that i put all kind of creams and now i got this on my face i dont know what it is. can you tell? it is scars or just blemishes that will go away soon?
