Use some hydroquinone to get rid of the redness. The scars should be considerably less noticeable after that. Then decide for yourself if you need to do anything further or if you are content with the way it is.

Before you use hydroquinone, make sure you're not allergic to its sulfites.
Put some on another part of your skin where no one would notice, then wait a day to see if it rashes or not. If it does, you're allergic, otherwise you're fine.
I honestly think your scars look fine right now, though.

thats not bad, your overreacting, there are many many people on these forums that would trade skin with you any day.
I have seen some scarring on these forums that are a thousnad times worst
