Im 16 years old guy..Should i need any antibiotics medication to prevent acne in my environment?

never take antibiotics, and if you do, load up on fiber and probiotics so that it doesnt destroy the delicate bacterial ecosystem we depend on to maintain the integrity and function of our intestines or skin. I encourage you to check out some science on this topic, it will blow your mind how antibiotics have poisoned us through the years, although saving lives in the short term, it ruins your health for years to come.

what do you think i should do now..i knew that the acne came from my body not my skin..should i take any supplement like fish oil or stuff with zinc and vitamin
