I've recently dropped a semi-natural regimen as my acne was getting worse (main reason = it's hard to talk to the girl I like!)
Here's my current regimen:
Morning:
- Cleanse with Clearasil Face Wash
- Green tea toner
- (10 minutes later) Honey & Olive Oil Mask
- Cleanse with Clearasil Face Wash
- Green Tea Toner
- Moisturise
I'm not sure how good this routine it, but I hope to give it time to find out. I have had success with BP before, but as I have sensitive skin, it dries out so much! I hope, if used in moderation, I can overcome this.
My diet:
A lot of vegetables and fruit. Almost no dairy. Granola bars. Water kefir probiotic. Lots of water. Exercise 5-6 times a week.
At the moment, I have a few painful spots on my cheeks. Moderate I guess - I may share pictures soon.
