I'm going to be randomly updating this log from now on as it would be beneficial to see the changes I have made to the regimen and to what extent the changes worked.
I've recently dropped a semi-natural regimen as my acne was getting worse (main reason = it's hard to talk to the girl I like!)

Here's my current regimen:

Morning:
  • Cleanse with Clearasil Face Wash
  • Green tea toner
  • (10 minutes later) Honey & Olive Oil Mask
Evening:
  • Cleanse with Clearasil Face Wash
  • Green Tea Toner
  • Moisturise
(Use BP 2.5% when ever I feel like it - a couple times a week maybe. It's causes too much redness and peeling for everyday use.)

I'm not sure how good this routine it, but I hope to give it time to find out. I have had success with BP before, but as I have sensitive skin, it dries out so much! I hope, if used in moderation, I can overcome this.

My diet:
A lot of vegetables and fruit. Almost no dairy. Granola bars. Water kefir probiotic. Lots of water. Exercise 5-6 times a week.
At the moment, I have a few painful spots on my cheeks. Moderate I guess - I may share pictures soon.

Already, after just two days, my face has cleared up a lot. BP does wonders for my skin. It makes me wonder if it's worth the dry skin and discomfort that moisturiser doesn't seem to fix.
(I use Panoxyl 2.5% BP gel)

10 days later...

My skin does not look good. As I wrote in another question, my skin is no longer reacting much to benzoyl peroxide.
Every day I'm afraid to leave my house and let other people see me, but this is the first time I've ever felt that way about leaving my room where my family can see me. :(

I'm going to start using tea tree oil soon since I've heard good things about it. (I'm not abandoning this regimen)
