Hi i'm 30 year old male just got put on 100mg of doxy twice a day to combat persistent and severe inflamed acne around my mouth... Heard good things about taking probiotics to balance the doxy. What is a good one to take? I live in sf and see a bunch on sale at the grocery stores but am clueless as to which one would interact best with doxy. Please advise. Thanks

Ive taken sustenex, they even have it in gummy form. do you take dairy or avoid it? If you can, you could also drink kefir or probiotic drinks of that ilk, kind of like liquid yogurt. The health food places all have special refrigerated probiotics which are really espensive, maybe you could try the cheaper ones first and see if they work. sustenex are around 12$ per container.
