I would like to know how much you spend a week on your groceries to eat healthy?
Also, what kinda food do you usually eat?

We spend probably $150 a week or so on food... for two people.
Fresh produce (all organic)
nuts and seeds
teas, herbs and spices
grass fed beef
organic chicken
organic eggs

No idea. I don't buy it all in one place and all at once and it includes pet food and things I share with my pets. some places I go to about once every three weeks like Whole Foods and Costco. Some I go roughly once a week like the farmer's market. And I stop at some supermarket a couple of times per week because I do not like over ripe bananas. And this supermarket is better for some things and that supermarket is better for others. I'd need a spread sheet to track it. But I really don't spend a lot of money.

On average: $90
I buy squash varieties, avocados, leafy greens, apples, pears, grapes, ground beef/chicken/turkey, whole chicken, salmon, tuna, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower
That doesn't include extra virgin olive oil, herbs and spices, which usually can last up to a month.
