Nice post, I've never really seen any negative effects from drinking coffee so this is just an incentive to drink more.

I can't watch the video as my sound card has died. But it should be well known that a little coffee is a good thing. Both because a little caffeine is beneficial and because it has some unique antioxidant nutrients. But a lot of coffee/caffeine isn't good for most people primarily for it's impact on stress hormones/adrenals and sleep. Black tea also has more of some beneficial antioxidants than green.

I never noticed caffeine impairing my sleep either, until I increased it and was soon waking up every 2 hours during the night. And then I had to go through the caffeine withdrawal headaches.
