I been on the regimen for about 2 and a half months. And it's been great, I wakeup everyday with no breakouts! My arms and chest is clear, even if I dont use bp on it, I still dont get breakouts. Im using the BP on my face and back. And I use Cetaphil as my moisturiozr.

THe only thing is Cetaphil leaves my face super shiny, it looks like if im sweating!!! Im embaressed to be seen lol What do you guys suggest??

Most people will suggest absorbent sheets to blot away excess oil or moisture. You can pick them up quite cheaply in any drug store, or just use normal toilet paper

You can also get an invisible powder, and dab that on your face with a brush. The powder will give a matte finish and absorb excess oil or moisture.
