or are they just for non-inflamatory acne? My acne is moderate with red bumps around my jaw line

I'm using Paula's Choice AHA 8% gel on my inflammatory acne and it is working quite well so far. I am primarily using it for its PIH reducing properties but it has reduced the intensity of my breakouts and they are less red and angry.

thanks..I do it on my own..I buy the basic ingredients:mandelic and lactic acids, mix them with destilled water and hyaluronic acid and it works good but dries my skin too much, maybe I should add more water:) I strongly advise you to make the mixture yourself-very cheap and deprived of conservants and emulgators.
