trying to get an idea if im doing things right, mine arent multipling so im thinking im not..even though its pretty simple so just wondering if anyone else makes water kefir rather than the milk kefir?
i do have a question, considering you have to add a decent amount of sugar to the water...in the end do you end up drinking that sugar or does the kefir grains eat it hence the culturing? i was drinking it the other night and was wondering if i was really just drinking a big glass of sugar
