It says everywhere that you are not supposed to use the dermastamp or the dermaroller if you have a history of poor healing. I think I have poor healing but what is the definition of that exactly? I'm not too sure if I should still go ahead and do it.

Poor healing as in what? I would say i have poor healing with my skin but dermastamping with the proper topicals should help improve your skins ability to heal or improve its elasticity by allowing creams to penetrate deeper then if you were to just put creams topically. If you have an actual diagnosed condition that does indeed affect your bodies ability to heal then I would just speak to a doctor or dermatologist, or you can individually needle just one scar and see how it improves before actually treating areas

I agree with bxplayboy since, if you have a healing or clotting problem then, certain options for treatment are not there for you. For instance, my mom bleeds since she has that hemophelia or disease that, your blood doesn't clot properly so, surgery is out of the question unless a life or death situation. Still, the surgery is a very big risk so, its not worth it. If your skin has trouble healing or scars easily, I recommend getting someone to do the treatment for you with extensive research and someone with a lot of experience.

I don't have blood clotting problems but I think I do scar VERY easily.. I mean, I have rolling scars from red/dry spots (like a rash). I thought you only got rolling scars from pimples or something more 'serious'. I guess the damage was deeper than I thought.. or maybe I have pimples under my skin that I'm not aware of? My red spots take more than a year to fade tremendously, and even then it's not a complete recovery. These red spots get redder when aggravated though, for example when I rub my skin or when I do vigorous exercise and my whole face ets red. When I get small pimples they seem to be deeper than the usual superficial pimple because when I press on them I can feel a small lump that's UNDER my skin. Even when I try not to touch or pop my pimples they always leave some sort of faint mark.. does this mean that I can't use the dermastamp?

A few days ago though, I got a red spot from trying to pop a pimple but it reduced in a few days.. I'm hoping that that's what will happen with the dermastamp (assuming I can use it).
