im starting week 2 of dans regimen and this is the third time ive tried it. I would go off it bc of excesseive redness and flaking but now i want to go through with it and just have clear skin for once! since my skin looks like a bumpy lobster right now I want to know a few things you guys do that keep you from thinking about your skin. i think im practically obsessed with my skin ever since i got acne. but now that im on the regimen its worse and the adjustment period is prob going to last 3 weeks. So what other things can i focus my time on so i can get through the regimen once and for all:)?

It's rather common advice but it works.....take up a hobbie! for me it was snowboarding and longboarding .......but seriously put slot of time and effort into it! :P anything ! Make sure it's something fun!

when i was on the regimen i think what kept me going was just trusting that it was going to clear up my skin and moved on to doing other stuff. so i think if you just believe that the DKR is going to get you clear at some point or another, you wont worry about it so much
