Alright, so I'm fourteen (fifteen soon) and I've got bad acne on my forehead. At least, I think it's really bad. I'm not sure if it would be considered moderate or severe.
It's all on my forehead. I occasionally get ones around my nose, but usually it's just up there and sometimes passing below my eyebrows near my eyes. I've got a long side fringe, and an oily forehead, so I'm pretty sure that contributes to it. I know I should get rid of it, but it's so embarrassing to go to school looking the way I do. :L
I'm not exactly sure what to do. I'm trying a cleanser (Eskinol) that's worked for a lot of people I know, but I don't see much difference. Possibly, it's because I've been using my fringe to cover my forehead. Recently, I had my summer holidays, so I could go around the house with my fringe out of my face, and it got better, but then when school started again, I covered my forehead and it got worse. D:
Does anyone know if there are other things that could be contributing? Recently, I've been drinking nothing but water, and my diet isn't excessively fatty. My shampoos have Sodium Laureth Sulfate, and I'm trying to change that.
Picture attached.
((Also, would anyone be able to tell me what type of acne I have? I'm having a little trouble figuring it out.))
Forehead Acne. :l

It doesn't look severe to me. My son had the same situation and he is exactly your age and it cleared up after about a month. He has it on his cheeks now, but he is clearing up overall slowly but surely. He rarely washes his face with more than water in the shower each morning. He uses Desert Essence Tea Tree Oil cleanser or Burt's Bees Salicylic acid cleanser when he does wash his face, maybe twice a week, takes one Rainbow Light Active Health Teen supplement each day, supplements with Vitamin D3 drops when on days he doesn't get out in the sun, and does a baking soda and water mask for 5 minutes on unwashed skin on the affected area once a week. He kept his hair pulled back from his forehead when he was home. He is drinking more water than fruit juices and milk and only has soda once a week and he eats pretty healthy for a teen. Not perfect though. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress and which steps made a difference!

Indeed, it doesn't look severe, plus forehead acne usually clears up pretty fast.

What moisturiser or make up do you use? Looks like some cloged pores in there.
For products that sit on your face all day, make sure they are non-comedogenic (will not clog pores).
