So i would get, still do but rarely and i get rid of them fast, but i would get the like cystic pimple type ones all over my cheeks and sometimes chin. I still have body acne, but its dying down a little. one note you must know, you probably already do, but DONT POP PIMPLES. ever. just dont. my face is like 99% clear and usually is smooth and clear but im just left with scars all over my cheeks because id pop them instantly and apply the bp. they went away over night but left terrible scars. so dont pop your pimples.
but what i did was i ate 6 multivitamin pills. (i have a post with the ingredients already)
they're just multivitamin pills you get at any store, 6 a day. 2 in the morning. 2 in the afternoon. and 2 at night.
i drank ONLY WATER.
ate turkey and cheese sandwiches.
ALOT of tuna sandwiches.
chicken nuggets, lol.
cheerios.
and lots and lots of fruit, mostly clementine oranges.
but i ate bananas and apples as well.
that diet was just what i normally ate, i didn't really pay too much attention to it. but i drank ALOT ALOT of water.
I work out alot. 5 times a day, i lift at school.
so i take 2 showers a day. one in the morning, one after i workout.
i apply my topical (CLEARISIL ULTRA) a couple hours after my shower when my skin feels clammy.
then i apply it one more time before i sleep.
[clearisil ultra is like the 4 step process with the pump face wash, toner, lotion, and benzoil 10%]
sparingly throughout the day, i rub an ice cube on each side of my face for 10 minutes each. IT SERIOUSLY DOES FADE SCARS. not even kidding. but the scars do come back after a while, but after you do it, the scars almost dissappear.
in the shower, i wash with hottish/warm water first, then run it really cold before i get out to close the pores.
i wash my face with the oil free CLEAN AND CLEAR foaming facial cleanser and i wash my body (and face) again with the NUETRAGENA (sorry can't spell haha) BODY CLEANSER with 2% sylicic acid.
before bed, i sometimes wash my body with the body cleaner again.
thats all i use though, no bar soap what so ever.
so my day:
wake up. shower. take 2 multivitamin pills.
school, workout.
eat. (chicken at school) tuna/turkey sandwich at home.
shower. take 2 mulitvitamin pills.
eat. fruits, maybe cheerios to snack on.
apply clearisil ultra
wash/ice my face.
eat. dinner. could be anything, idrc about my diet when it comes to dinner.
apply clearsil ultra
go to bed.
DRINK WATER.
REPEAT.
it may sound dumb, but it worked wonders for me. now all i need to do is get rid of my acne scars and hopefully my body acne too.
just putting that out there. it was CHEAP and easy, nothing too extreme in my opinion. its manageable.

(ice cubes, clearsil ultra, neutragena body cleaner (2% sylicic acid), oil free clean and clear foaming facial cleanser, multivitamin pills (see my other post for ingredients), water.)
