Not to diminish your perspective, because if those things truly make you happy then so be it, but all of those are things I would specifically associate with avoiding the acne issue, rather than pushing forward or finding personal happiness despite it. I say this because I am all too familiar with using those three things as mechanisms of escapism.
I eat when I am bored, I'm often bored because acne has played a detrimental role in me living my life. I sleep to not be awake, so that I do not have to cope with the harshness of reality. I use the Internet because without a life what else can I do? It goes without saying that all three of those things have legitimate uses, but from the frank and minimalist tone of your message it seems as if you may be using them in similar or identical ways as I have at times.
If that's the case I feel the need to ask the question of you again: what makes you happy in spite of acne?

I love music and my friends. I like just reading a book, the simple things.. I don't ask for much to be honest. I also feel good when people tell me that I'm physically beautiful or pretty even though my face has scars. Of course there might not be credibility to their compliments but I feel good nonetheless.
There's an ongoing topic about not being able to accept compliments, but I for one feel that given the right circumstances a compliment can be a very positive thing. I recall a semi-recent compliment from a very beautiful and accomplished young woman at a function I was attending. She had no reason to give it given the context of the event, and made the remark to someone I knew rather than directly to me. I felt those two factors legitimized it, and gave me a particularly high confidence boost!
